Terms and Conditions
The following are the terms and conditions to order from website:
Limited Warranty
Samco Air Conditioning warrants all parts are free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 120 days from date of shipment. Our extent of liability is limited to replacement of the defective part. No other warrants is either expressed or implied. No warranty is made against deterioration or corrosion after shipment. This warranty does not cover consequential damages.
All manufacturers part number and illustrations are used in this catalog intended solely for identification.
Claims and Returned Good
All claims for defective merchandise must be submitted in writing to Samco Air Conditioning within 30 days of receipt of goods or such claims are waived. Written authorization by us and copy of the invoice must accompany parts on their return and returned goods are subject to a restocking fee.
Buyer’s Responsibility
All goods are shipped at buyers risk free on delivery (FOB) our dock in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. Our responsibility ceases upon delivery of goods in good order to the carrier. All goods should be examined carefully by the buyer before the transportation receipt is signed. If material is received in bad condition, the buyer should notify the agent of the transportation company to make a report of delivery condition on the freight bill and immediately file a damage claim with the delivery carrier. Any instance of an item missing from a package that is not damaged must be reported to Samco Air Conditioning within 24 hours of receipt of shipment from the carrier. If an item is missing from a damaged package, report this loss to the carrier.
Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance by Samco Air Conditioning at our main office.

In addition to all the above terms, wholesale customers are subject to the following terms and conditions:

The part number, description, and quantity of each item is required when sending inquiry.
If a part number is unknown or not listed in this website, the make and model number of the compressor should indicate which parts are to be required when ordering.
Special Order
All items special ordered for a customer will be considered non-cancellable and non-returnable.
All our quotations validity is 60 days unless otherwise mentioned.
Terms of Sale
Terms or sale are net 30/10th to customer that have established an open account with us. All new accounts will be cash on delivery (C.O.D.) until credit has been checked and approved.
